The second season of That;s So Raven deals with the Baxter family, Raven, Cory, Tanya Baxter and Victor Baxter as they continue to manage with Raven and her ability to see into the future. Raven Baxter can see the future. Her visions are out of her control and she only gets spotty glimpses of what will come to pass. So when she and her best friends, Chelsea and Eddie, try to understand her visions and change the future, they often risk getting into more trouble than it’s worth.
