Donna, a woman about to walk down the aisle on her wedding day, suddenly materialises in the TARDIS, much to the shock of both her and the Doctor, who has just said his final goodbyes to Rose Tyler. This time, the Doctor is joined by a new companion, Martha, a medical school student who encounters the time lord during an incident at a London hospital.
